I’m not sure why this took me so long? I had no idea how easy it would be to make! This is the Best Cauliflower Crust Pizza, if I do say so myself.
Pizza crust has always intimidated me because of its lengthy process to make. Finally, I have a simple pizza that I can make completely from scratch, crust included! It only takes three ingredients (not including toppings!) to make a simple and ultra healthy (and low carb!) meal.

Absolutely love this recipe. Have been looking to do something yummy with cauliflower and I think this is it. I don’t know of a better way to transform cauliflower than making it into a pizza crust!

Yes, it was so easy! I made it last night and my family loved the taste of the crust. My hubby especially loved not having that full feeling after eating a dough crust. And I loved knowing they weren’t eating anything procesed! Thanks again 🙂

yes, I made it for dinner last night and my family loved it! My hubby loved not having that full feeling you get when you eat the traditional dough. I have some leftover cauliflower and want to try a cauliflower sauce for dinner tonight. Thanks for helping me get on the cauliflower kick!
