This post may be coming out at an odd time. Summer is not the time flu shots are being announced and promoted on every corner or where everyone you know is getting sick. However, how many of us have contracted a summer cold? I know I have numerous time and they are the worst! It is beautiful out and I’ve been stuck indoors feeling horrible! Thankfully, we rarely get sick any more, which I completely attribute to our lifestyle, we focus on wellness.
Elderberries are like a little gifts from above! - Optional probiotics

- Mix gelatin and cooled syrup together until it thickens.
- Over very low heat, warm, until it liquifies.
- Once it slightly cools, you can add probiotics.
- Poor into molds and place in the refrigerator.
- Will be ready in about 20-30 min.
