Christmas is all about red and green and I am all about Christmas and chocolate! Why not incorporate them all together!?
Red Goji Berries are one of natures greatest superfoods! They have been known to treat diabetes and high blood pressure, maintain eye health, and nourish the kidneys and liver. Christmas Pistachio and Goji Berry Truffles
- 1 cup of shelled Pistachios
- 1/2 cup of Goji Berries
- 12 Medjool Dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbs water
Chocolate coating ingredients
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (or chocolate of choice. I used Trader Joes)
- 1 Tbs Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
They have minimal sugar (only in the chocolate) and are sweetened naturally! Perfect for the Holidays! Merry Christmas!
